As Principal of Southern Cross Catholic College, I am pleased to welcome you to our dynamic and thriving community. Although we are no longer the newest P-12 college in Townsville, we take pride in celebrating our rich and growing history. We are now in an exciting new phase of our journey, building upon the strong foundations laid by those who came before us. Our dedicated and highly skilled staff are intentionally focused on excellence, and this commitment is evident in the exceptional achievements of our students.
While we take great pride in our academic success, we also shine in other areas of our school life, including the arts, sports, and cultural activities, all of which contribute to a well-rounded and vibrant community.
At Southern Cross Catholic College, we believe in the importance of education in a Catholic environment, and we are deeply committed to providing our students with opportunities to develop and grow. The College, under the patronage of Mary Help of Christians, maintains a close connection with St Joseph the Worker Parish in Wulguru and is administered by the Townsville Catholic Education Office.

With both primary and secondary students on one easily accessible campus in Annandale, our students enjoy a smooth transition from Prep to Secondary, benefitting from consistent values and high expectations that shape their entire journey at the College.
